TIME
The amount of time that a person puts in as an employee does one of two things;  you either feel like you aren't being paid well enough for all of your time; or you feel like you are making plenty of money but you have no time to enjoy it with your family and friends. Possibly both are true for you. The amount of time you spend working, if you have a typical job, goes well over 40 hours per week and your time off is spent taking care of responsibilities and duties that you don't have time to take care of because you are always working. This leaves you stressed because you want to spend time with your family but are too exhausted to enjoy the time off. There is always so much pressure for your time! You will appreciate the very little time involvement that is necessary in your career with Secret Soiree.  You do your presentation, take the customers orders, submit through our online processing system.  Your work is done!  Your money is in your bank!  You are an independent contractor and we will take care of the sales tax and issue you a 1099 in January. The balance of your time and money is completely at the other end of the scale when you have a career with Secret Soiree.

MONEY
Well we're not all in this just because it's fun! We also know you will love doing these soirees when the profit is in your pocket. If you are motivated by money?it will give you all the power to achieve your goals. We offer a very well-rounded payment plan. We've established a scale that gives each agent the option to do a lot or a little. Either option is financially rewarding. If an agent wants to begin by just filling in her income level by doing a couple of soirees each month, or she just wants to find a good way to get out and socialize and make new friends in a fun and exciting atmosphere, or a college student that needs time to study and also needs an above average income--then the pay rate level will be very satisfying to fill the void. On the other hand, a Secret Agent that is wishing to go full-force and strive for personal achievement and success, wants to leave a full-time job but not lose her desired income status, would like to empower herself to become all that she can be and find financial bliss by working 15-20 hours and being paid as much or more than her 40+ hour job provided--she will be thrilled with the unlimited income potential as she reaches one goal after another toward the top and truly finds out that when you reach for the stars you can really hold one!

SUCCESS
Recognition, awards, achievement...face it, everyone wants to be recognized for their efforts. When we have our eye set on a goal, small or large, now or in the future and we do everything to meet the challenge, we want to be noticed for it and have "bragging rights" to celebrate what we have worked for.
